Deputy Manager

Production Operations Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

Monitor production activities and ensure achievement of planned targets.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and utilities.

Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to approved SOPs and work instructions.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Monitor machine downtime, productivity, yield, rejection, and rework.

Team Management Supervise Production Officers, Engineers, Supervisors, and Operators.

Allocate manpower according to production requirements.

Ensure effective shift management and smooth handover between shifts.

Train team members on processes, SOPs, safety, and quality requirements.

Monitor team performance and discipline.

Quality & Compliance Ensure production is carried out as per defined quality standards and specifications.

Coordinate with QA/QC for process deviations and quality issues.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, deviation investigations, and improvement activities.

Ensure proper completion and review of production records and documentation.
