Deputy Manager– Record to Report Accountant Location: Preferred – Bengaluru, India Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: Post-qualification experience of 5–7 years About the Role Join our team as a Senior Record to Report Accountant, focusing on accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for global clients. You will ensure accurate financial statements, compliance with IFRS, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial close.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and support audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilize SAP for financial reporting and ensure data integrity.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to automation projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
