Job Description: Institutional Sales Support

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales team, acting as a key liaison between Sales personnel and institutional clients.
• Handle and resolve institutional client inquiries promptly and professionally to minimize processing delays and enhance client satisfaction.
• Coordinate effectively with Clients, Distributors, and Relationship Managers to ensure smooth execution of transactions, while accurately monitoring, verifying, and maintaining related records.
• Track and report online and offline transactions, monitor fund movements, and provide timely updates to Clients and Relationship Managers.
• Handling Distributor requirements
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service by taking proactive and extra efforts.
• Prepare, maintain daily business MIS and other operational reports as required.
• Establishing a positive rapport with all clients & Relationship Managers
• Continuous innovation with the work process.
• Goal orientation, working effectively with the teams, interpersonal and influencing skills to manage customers effectively
