Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1.Timely development to Frame Assy., Lower Control Arm, Upper Control Arm Assy. & child part development etc... with desired quality level & ensure PPAP/PSW & Handover on time. 2.Technical signoff, Participation in forming, Welding & Painting Feasibility, GD&T study with design team and supplier to make process simplified. TSO, DAP, APQP, PPAP, FTG approval from Suppliers 2. Planning, timely monitoring and periodic review of all projects / supplier across location 3. Accuracy in budgeting 4. Reduction in bottleneck issues w.r.t. time, cost, and gateways 5. Performance analysis leading to identification of failure/ deviation mode and taking preventive and corrective actions 6. Providing support through analysis, reviews, and coordination to projects teams to achieve set targets. 7. Continuous improvement in quality & development time, benchmarking, Lesson learns deployment etc.. 8. Trails, Buyoff, Commissioning & installation of FTG to achieve desired quality output.
