Design Engineer III – DS / Wireline

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Wireline Services or Drilling Services product lines. The role is responsible for the end-to-end design and development of mechanical components and systems, from concept and CAD modeling through prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on advanced mechanical product development while gaining exposure to new product innovation, engineering documentation, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems from concept through manufacturing support.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Autodesk Inventor, Creo, DraftSight/AutoCAD, and Windchill PLM.
• Perform engineering calculations, material selection, tolerance analysis, and design verification in accordance with engineering standards.
• Execute engineering assignments for new product development and enhancements to existing products.
• Prepare, maintain, and update engineering documentation, technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and product records.
