About this opportunity We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive the organization's DevOps, cloud, and release engineering strategy. Based in Bangalore (Hybrid), you will lead a team of DevOps engineers and build scalable automation, CI/CD, cloud, and platform solutions across Azure and AWS, enabling faster, secure, and reliable software delivery. What you will do
- Lead and mentor DevOps/Platform engineers while defining DevOps standards, roadmap, and best practices.
- Design and enhance automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, deployments, testing, monitoring, and operations.
- Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, including modern deployment strategies and pipeline-as-code practices.
- Build and operate secure, scalable cloud environments across Azure and AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation).
- Develop serverless and event-driven solutions using Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, Event Grid, Service Bus, and related services.
- Configure and manage API Gateway platforms, ensuring security, governance, observability, and lifecycle management.
- Develop Python-based automation and platform tooling.
