Job description
About: Blackbaud University is the customer training team at Blackbaud, dedicated to powering social good with knowledge. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in collaborating between our training team and the Product Technology Group to support the building and maintaining of sandbox environments to accompany our virtual instructor-led training experience across multiple products and ensure a delightful client experience. You should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to creatively solve problems and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and build and maintain virtual training sandbox environments using technologies like .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Azure, and REST APIs.
- Develop and maintain database and lab environments to support training needs, ensuring system health, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues, including customer support escalations.
