JD Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define and execute the long-term R&D strategy for compressor technologies, aligning it with company goals. Identify new opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.
• ? Project Management: Lead and manage R&D projects from initial ideation through to commercialization. This includes defining project scope, setting timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and performance metrics.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert in compressor design, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science. Provide technical guidance and oversight to the R&D team.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and researchers. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches. Act as a key liaison to translate market needs into technical requirements.
