Job description
Understand and work on defined sets of instructions, procedures, and guidelines for new tasks and releases. Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions without compromising quality. Prioritize and handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. Complete complex tasks with minimal guidance, and respond with appropriate urgency to quick-turnaround situations. Use software tools for data capture and follow organizational processes daily. Capture results, communicate, and escalate failures or doubts.
