Create high-quality, engaging digital content across formats.
Use Canva as a primary tool for day-to-day content creation.
Develop clean, polished, brand-consistent visuals suitable for leadership visibility.
Apply strong visual judgment and storytelling to simplify complex business narratives.
5. Internal Communications
Support employee communications, including leadership messages, organizational announcements, campaigns, newsletters, town halls and culture storytelling.
Develop and edit clear, audience-appropriate content for internal channels, translating complex business, technology and organizational topics into accessible communications.
Create polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, briefing materials and visual narratives.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure alignment across internal, digital and social channels.

Strong experience in digital marketing and social media, including organic and paid campaigns.
Proven ability to develop strategy, execute campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.

Excellent comprehension, writing, editing and content-development skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
Experience supporting internal communications, employee engagement and culture-focused campaigns.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills, including the ability to create executive-ready presentations, briefing materials and visual narratives.
Experience managing high-volume, always-on digital pipelines.
Experience managing external agencies and delivery partners, including briefing, content review, performance management, quality control and timely execution against agreed objectives and timelines.
