Director - Change & Learning Lead (G)
We are seeking a dynamic Change & Learning Enablement Manager to drive adoption excellence for the the Commercial team, including the MPower CRM Program. This role is central to our mission to transform how Marsh supports clients through modern, intelligent technology solutions. You will partner with transformation leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to orchestrate change initiatives that enable our commercial teams to embrace new capabilities and realize measurable business value.
Purpose Support the successful adoption of MPower by planning and executing change management and learning activities for product enhancements, global initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. This role partners with the Change Lead and product teams to deliver consistent, high-quality enablement experiences while executing the MPower Change Playbook.
