DIRECTOR,DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY & OPERATIONS

About Us

Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Operations

Right along with Target’s distinctive retail brand, we are constantly improving and innovating our digital shopping experience. We’re in an exciting moment for Target’s digital business. Guest expectations keep evolving, and so do we — constantly reimagining the shopping journey across our platforms - including Target.com and the store network’s fulfilment capabilities. Here, you’ll collaborate to create and implement the digital strategies that enrich the online experience through the right mix of personalization, simplicity and intuitiveness.

The Site Merchandising team helps grow Target’s digital business by making it easier for guests to find, understand and buy products across Target.com and the Target app. Within Target India (TII), this role builds the operations Center of Excellence that helps teams deliver digital work with greater speed, quality and consistency.

As Director, Digital Marketing Strategy & Operations – Site Merchandising, you will set the direction for a strong digital operations COE that improves guest experience at scale. You will guide the leaders of Digital Operations, Product Content, Digital Marketing Strategy, Project Management and QA to work as one connected system, using guest signals, business priorities and operational data to shape better digital actions. Based in Bangalore, you will partner with the U.S. Site Experience leadership and global teams to remove barriers, improve speed-to-site, strengthen content and execution quality, and make the digital shopping experience simpler and more reliable for guests.
