PM Mentoring and Capability Development: Mentor and support Project Managers across the organization in delivering complex, multi-phase supply chain transformations. Provide coaching on technical depth, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and execution excellence. Build a high-performing PM community with strong capability in supply chain domain knowledge.
Deal Review Framework Design: Lead the redesign and implementation of a revised deal review framework that accurately assesses engagement risk, feasibility, and delivery complexity. Develop frameworks that factor in supply chain domain complexity, regional nuances, team capacity, and market conditions. Own the rigor and quality of pre-engagement assessments.
Operational Simplification and Excellence: Drive continuous improvement across the PMO function with a relentless focus on reducing complexity and eliminating unnecessary friction. Streamline processes, templates, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks. Simplify how PMs work, enabling them to focus on delivering value rather than navigating bureaucracy.
Executive Stakeholder Leadership: Partner directly with C-suite and senior leadership across regions to align PMO strategy with business objectives. Provide strategic guidance on portfolio decisions, resource allocation, and delivery capacity. Lead board-level and QBR presentations with clarity, confidence, and data-driven insights.
AI-Powered Technology Initiatives: Lead the adoption of AI and advanced technology to transform PMO operations—from automated risk detection, AI-assisted planning, intelligent resource matching, to AI-driven reporting and insights. Build a forward-thinking PMO that leverages Claude, Copilot, and similar platforms to drive efficiency and innovation.
