Role Overview The Director, LUSA Tech@Lilly will lead a large and growing portfolio of technology delivery from LCCI Bengaluru. This role has been positioned with a primary focus on engineering leadership and business acumen, reflecting the maturity and scale of the portfolio to support Lilly USA affiliate business. The leader will drive technical excellence, AI-forward innovation, and deep partnership with Lilly USA business teams to deliver high-impact technology products across HCP engagement, field enablement, value & access, and customer support programs.
