• Sales Target Achievement (35%)
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for your department.
• Understand sales data and work with your team to develop strategies that drive growth.
• Support in driving initiatives to meet and exceed store sales goals, aiming for 110% or more of target achievement.

• Basket Size (10%)
• Focus on enhancing the average basket size through creative strategies and customer engagement.
• Work with the team to improve basket size year-over-year, striving for a 7% or higher growth over the previous year.
