Job description
Citrix VDI consultant is responsible for the design, operations, optimization, and governance of the enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform. The role provides technical leadership for Citrix-based end-user computing services, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable virtual workplace solutions across global environments. The consultant works closely with Workplace Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Network, Cloud, and Service Operations teams to deliver a high-performing digital workspace experience. The role drives platform stability, automation, lifecycle management, capacity planning, and modernization initiatives while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture and security standards.
Responsibilities
Own and govern the enterprise Citrix Virtual Desktop environment, including platform design, operational standards, and support model.
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Citrix DaaS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and associated technologies.
Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of virtual desktop services across global regions.
