Key Responsibilities & Knowledge Required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead cash flow planning, liquidity management, and fund allocation to
ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, borrowings, and debt
servicing while optimizing the overall cost of funds.
- Drive working capital efficiency through effective management of
receivables, payables, and inventory-related funding requirements.
- Monitor and mitigate treasury risks related to liquidity, interest rates,
foreign exchange exposure, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare treasury MIS, cash flow forecasts, and management reports to
support strategic financial decision-making.
- Support fund-raising initiatives, capital expenditure financing, and
strategic business projects while ensuring compliance with treasury policies and banking covenants.
