Roles and Responsibilities 01
Execution Management
- Ensure seamless execution of E&I related activities by coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring the work is done according as per project specifications/ documents/ Standards and best engineering practices to meet Project objectives of HSSE, Quality, Time, and Budget.
- Identify and resolve as necessary interface issues between contractors at site.
- Drive the sub-contractor’s execution team to achieve the project progress and quality control of offshore construction activities within the estimated budget, resources, and scheduled time frame with Safety.
- Provide regular feedback to the reporting manager on progress, achievements, safety, and quality related issues.
- Ensure that the standard of workmanship and the materials/equipment is compliant with the specifications and that specified inspections and tests are conducted and records maintained to substantiate conformance.
- Support QA-QC team for maintaining quality assurance and quality control documentation in-house or by subcontractors.
