Job description
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance brand’s presence and sales performance on 3P like Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all online platforms.
Account Management
Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon and Flipkart accounts, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to align brand objectives and drive growth.
Performance Optimization
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize product visibility and sales performance on Amazon and Flipkart.
Marketing & Promotions
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
Customer Experience
Monitor customer reviews and feedback to address concerns and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Develop strategies to improve the customer experience and foster brand loyalty.
