This Position reports to: Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As an Executive Diploma Trainee, you will support business, collaborating with different teams, and contributing to the company's strategic objectives. Gains knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager /corresponding leader to support ABB's operations.

The work model for the role is: On-site

You will be mainly accountable for

• Gains firsthand experience of the operations of the company through various assignments over the course of the program.
• Supports the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
• Participates in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
