PRIME FUNCTION
Managing and execute production operations efficiently by adhering to customer requirements, ensuring process compliance, improving productivity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the aerospace manufacturing environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage overall production operations to meet organizational targets.
- Execute monthly and weekly production plans as per customer schedules.
- Maintain and document all customer-related production processes.
- Review and support design of jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
- Plan facility requirements, oversee installation and commissioning activities.
- Establish and maintain Configuration Management systems.
- Lead first-sample development and obtain FAI approval
- Handle drawing change control and ensure updates are implemented on the shop floor.
