What You Will Do The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of building automation and control systems. The role involves working closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and system performance.

How You Will Do It

• Install complex field devices and control system components in accordance with project requirements and engineering specifications.
• Perform system configuration, startup, testing, and commissioning using standard JCI tools and processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Respond to warranty service calls and provide timely resolution to customer concerns.
