Job description
PRIME FUNCTION
To support Quality Control and Assurance activities for Special Processes in accordance with Nadcap, AS9100, customer, and regulatory requirements by performing inspections, maintaining records, monitoring process controls, and assisting with audits and corrective actions under the guidance of senior quality personnel.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections for Special Process components as per approved procedures, drawings, specifications, and control plans.
- Verify process parameters, inspection results, and traceability records, and promptly report deviations to the responsible senior engineer or manager.
- Maintain inspection reports, process logs, check sheets, calibration status records, and other quality documentation.
- Support preparation for Nadcap, AS9100, customer, and internal audits by compiling records and ensuring workplace readiness.
- Assist in recording non-conformities, segregating nonconforming product, and supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
