Job description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, package units, and ventilation equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in HVAC equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems at customer sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Attend service calls and provide technical support to customers.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend corrective actions or upgrades as required.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities and ensure SLA adherence.
- Train customers and site personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
