Job description
Role: Associate Manager - Supplier Quality ( Plastics, Rubbers and Painting) Location: Ather Factory 3.0, Sambhajinagar (AURIC) Reporting to: Lead of Supplier Quality Team name: Supplier Quality About the Team and the Role:
- Performance monitoring of Plastic molding, Rubber and Painting commodities: Monitor key supplier quality metrics such as Defective Parts Per Million (PPM), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Straight Pass Ratio (SPR).
- Driving improvement plans: leading Supplier improvements for the Non conformities and Supplier internal rejections. Also accountable for the Factory Paint shot Quality
Responsibilities
- Record bugs (Quality issues), deviations and implement appropriate containment, RCA, corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead RCA on failures due to process and Approve RCA Reports & CAPA.
