Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to lead the Product Engineering team in India. In this role, you will manage a global team of more than 20 engineers across India and China, with responsibility for delivering new product options (PVR/DTOs), Product change introductions (PCIs), driving continuous product improvement (CPI), and executing material cost reduction initiatives to enhance product competitiveness and business performance. The Product Engineering team plays a critical role within the REPS Engineering organization, optimizing global products to meet evolving customer requirements while delivering sustained value to the business.
