Job Summary: As an Engineering Team Leader, you will play a critical role in powering our new product and technology development processes. You’ll own the stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the digital tools and data that teams across the business rely on every day. Acting as the central connector between systems, data, and people, you will help identify and close process gaps, resolve system issues, and ensure information flows seamlessly across global teams. Your work will directly enable faster, more confident decision‑making, reduce operational risk, and accelerate program readiness.
