Why we need this role
Role is required to validate & process orders received via various order mgmt. systems and update the same into the Billing system. It would also need to support towards BAUs/ bespoke requests towards achieving business KPIs.
What you will do
- Validation of input from the upstream systems & updating the Billing system accordingly.
- Ensuring that all quality parameters are maintained
- Support for Resolution of Suspense CDRs in Billing System
- Effective communication of operational issue to Team Lead.
