Executive

To execute and monitor day-to-day production activities as per the approved production plan, SOPs, quality requirements, safety procedures, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities Production Operations Execute daily production activities according to the production schedule.

Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.

Monitor process parameters and machine operations.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machines, and utilities.

Monitor production output, yield, rejection, rework, and downtime.

Immediately report process abnormalities and production issues to the supervisor/manager.

Shop-Floor Management Supervise operators and contract manpower during assigned shifts.

Ensure proper allocation of manpower to production activities.

Monitor shift activities and ensure proper shift handover.

Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.

Ensure availability and proper use of PPE.

Quality & Documentation Follow approved SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.

Complete production records, logbooks, checklists, and batch/production documentation accurately.
