Key job responsibilities
- Receive customers’ enquiry for spares.
- Respond within stipulated TAKT time for enquiries / emails received and offer submission.
- Study of enquiry and preparation of commercial offer based on guidelines by taking prices from Supply Chain Management team/ SAP.
- Submission of commercial offer to customers.
- Negotiate with customers on pricing and offer terms.
- Follow up with customer for PO release.
- Send order acknowledgement / acceptance of PO to customers.
- Preparation of Order Hand Over documents & order booking through Sales team.
- Coordinate with customers for advance payment for order processing.
- Preparation and sending Proforma Invoice to customers for advance payment release.
