Job description
Role:-
- Clearance of PNRs received in designated GDS queue categories.
- Issuance of Tickets from designated Manual Ticketing queues as per standard operating procedures agreed with respective markets.
- Process Exchange, EMDs and Voids as per request received by reservations team
- Must adhere to process metrics – TAT, Accuracy
- To accomplish any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor to help to identify inefficiencies to the process and assist to drive process improvements activities.
- The candidate should have a good knowledge of GDS and must be able to analyze and differentiate between the various fare types.
- E2E Travel Process Knowledge
- The candidate should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have a high willingness to learn.

Requirements
Required Skills/Qualification:
- Graduate with 1+ years of experience
- IATA/UFTAA Diploma would be an added advantage
- GDS Knowledge is required.
- Good communication skills
- Sound analytical skills
- Result focus and self-driven
- High on flexibility
- Knowledge of MS-Office
- Good on Multitasking and Time management.
