Executive Marine Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic Marine Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our vessels. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from vessel scheduling and cargo coordination to liaising with external partners and ensuring regulatory compliance. Roles & Responsibilities:

Vessel Scheduling and Optimization

• Coordinate vessel schedules to optimize efficiency and on-time performance.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement in scheduling.
• Track vessel movements and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Cargo Coordination and Management:

• Work closely with port authorities, terminal operators, and shipping agents to ensure timely cargo loading and discharging.
• Monitor cargo flow and identify potential disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate cargo documentation.

Liaison and Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including ship masters, port authorities, and logistics providers.
