• Review of transferring site documents like MBMR, change controls, MF, process validation protocols/reports and detailing of each product that needs to be transferred to Greenfield site for each filling line. It also includes identifying any critical aspects/requirements of each product/process and including same in the scope.

• Based on identification of line wise product, review of layouts for General Injectable block and Cyto Injectable block at Greenfield location with Cross functional team as per current CGMP, USFDA, Annex-1 and local regulatory requirements.

• Technical evaluation finalization for all process equipment’s such as Filling machine, Isolators, Manufacturing Skid, Autoclave, Lyophilizer with ALUS, Bung Processor, Leak Testing, Automatic Visual Inspection, etc. with respect to process/product requirement.
