Executive - Technology

Job Description: Executive – Technology Department: Technology / IT Function: Warehouse IT Support & Infrastructure Industry: E-commerce Warehousing Job Summary Responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations at the warehouse, including WMS, network connectivity, handheld devices, printers, CCTV, and other IT assets. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, resolving technical issues within SLA, and maintaining IT security and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uptime and availability of WMS, Wi-Fi/LAN, desktops, printers, scanners, HHDs, and CCTV systems.

• Resolve IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

• Provide timely WMS, hardware, network, barcode, and label printing support to warehouse users.

• Ensure preventive maintenance of IT assets and minimize recurring technical issues.

• Maintain IT asset registers and conduct physical asset reconciliation.

• Monitor backups, access controls, data security, and IT audit compliance.

• Coordinate with external vendors for internet, hardware, CCTV, and infrastructure support.

• Maintain incident logs, technical documentation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major or recurring issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in IT support, preferably in warehouse or e-commerce operations.

• Basic knowledge of WMS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, printers, scanners, and CCTV systems.

• Good problem-solving, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and support operational requirements.
