Job Summary The Export-Import & Logistics Manager holds end-to-end operational and statutory ownership of international trade compliance, customs operations, plant logistics, warehousing, and inbound/outbound shipping for the Pune manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role acts as the site’s designated authority on foreign trade policy, customs regulatory affairs, tariff management, and international trade governance. As the Pune plant triples production output over the coming months, this leader will establish a world-class trade compliance infrastructure, scale plant warehousing and line-feeding operations, streamline customs clearance cycles to prevent port demurrage, and lead negotiations with custom house agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to ensure zero disruption to manufacturing schedules.
