Roles and Responsibility

Role Purpose The Site Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating site-level facilities operations to ensure a safe, compliant, efficient and employee-focused workplace. The role acts as the key interface between the Facilities leadership team, the Integrated Facilities Management partner, service providers, landlord, property manager and internal stakeholders.

Job Description The role provides operational leadership, governance support and stakeholder coordination across facilities management, building management, EHS, safety and security, asset management, employee experience, audits, compliance, sustainability, policy adherence, procedure implementation and control effectiveness. The Site Lead works as a bridge between the Facilities leadership team and site operations, ensuring that service delivery, compliance requirements, governance routines, policy requirements, standard procedures and internal controls are implemented, monitored and continuously improved
