• Monitor and maintain all technical systems, including:Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS) HVAC systems Fire & Life Safety systems Plumbing and water management systems Building Management System (BMS)
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimum system performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and project teams for maintenance activities and issue resolution.
• Respond to technical breakdowns, emergencies, and critical incidents, ensuring timely restoration of services.
• Track and monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment downtime, and service requests.
• Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, service reports, and statutory compliance documentation.
