Roles and Responsibilities
- Operation
and maintenance of steam boilers, WTP, ETP,STP, DM/ RO Plant Chiller, Vapour compression chiller, Air Compressor, Refrigerated air dryer, Cooling towers & other process utility plants.
- Ensure
100% uptime of boiler and all allied equipment
- Statutory
compliance related to labour, safety, equipment and all rules and regulations applicable to site operations.
- Ensure
HSE compliance and records as per OHSAS standards
- Liaison
with manpower supply agencies
- Recruitment
and manage labour on third party rolls
- Managing
fuel vendors’ delivery schedule as per site requirement
- Manage
fuel inputs including fuel sourcing in local region
- Getting
Inventory audits done every month
