About RAROC Team

• Preparation and review of Customer level profitability and delivered RAROC (actual Raroc for the period).
• Preparation of RAROC budget.
• Managing the RAROC calculator masters updation and assist in RAROC calculator upgradation.
• Adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle queries efficiently within given TAT

About the Role and Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer-level profitability reports, including actual delivered RAROC for the reporting period.
• Develop and publish monthly RAROC dashboards with insightful commentary for senior management review.
• Maintain and update RAROC calculator master files; coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, including reconciliation of RAROC to RoE metrics.
• Address and resolve business queries related to delivered and expected RAROC within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Assist the team in automating reports and improving efficiency through process enhancements.

Qualification Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Relevant experience in BFSI space would be welcome
• Basic analytical skills with good understanding of data handling in excel, SQL knowledge will be preferred.
