Senior Business Analyst (Finance Transformation)
Location Gurugram / Pune - India (Hybrid)
Department Finance
Role Summary We are seeking two highly motivated Senior Business Analysts to join the Finance Operations team, supporting a portfolio of strategic Finance transformation initiatives. These roles will play a key part in delivering process improvements, system implementations, and operating model changes that enhance efficiency, controls, reporting, and decision-making across the business. The successful candidates will work closely with Finance, Technology, Operations, and external delivery partners to analyse business processes, define requirements, support system implementations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Analyse current-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation, and automation.
- Support the development and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOMs), processes, and workflows across Group functions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and requirements-gathering activities.
- Develop business process documentation, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
