Department: Financial Reporting
About the Team
The Reporting team is responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance across the organization. The key activities of the team include:
- Performance analysis: Review and analyse segment-wise
Profit & Loss, including premiums, investments, claims, commissions, and expenses.
- Financial reporting: Prepare and analyse financial
statements under IGAAP and IND AS, and support transition to new standards such as IND AS 117.
- Planning and forecasting: Develop Profit & Loss
projections based on past trends, market inputs, and discussions with stakeholders.
- Regulatory reporting: Prepare and submit reports to
IRDAI and SEBI in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring key metrics: Track solvency, loss ratio,
