Job description

- Pipeline & Equipment Upkeep: Fit, join, weld, and maintain sanitary stainless-steel (SS) pipes, valves, and milk pumps to keep fluid transfer leak-free and contamination-free.
- Machinery Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, oiling, and greasing of critical dairy equipment like pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and packaging units.
- Breakdown Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical failures rapidly and replace defective parts to prevent raw milk spoilage and minimize factory downtime.
- Preventive Inspections: Conduct daily pre-operational checks on moving parts, seals, and joints to catch wear-and-tear before sudden breakdowns occur.
- Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Ensure zero cross-contamination (preventing lubricants, cleaning agents, or dirty water from entering product lines) while strictly adhering to food safety regulations.
