Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Determine the qualitative and quantitative composition of flavour compounds through interpretation of GC/MS data.
• Prepare samples, operate relevant analytical workflows and evaluate data in accordance with established methods and laboratory protocols.
• Develop, adapt and document analytical methods appropriate to the complexity of assigned work.
• Translate technical requests into well-structured experiments and practical analytical approaches.
• Assess data quality, identify anomalies and recommend logical follow-up work.
• Maintain accurate, current and traceable laboratory records, reports and supporting data.
• Connect instrumental observations with sensory performance and product context where appropriate.
• Plan and manage assigned activities, priorities and timelines in alignment with project needs.
