Key Responsibilities
- Provide managerial leadership and support to Captains and Chief Engineers assigned to the vessels under responsibility.
- Ensure safety remains the highest priority across all vessel operations and activities.
- Build effective teams by ensuring suitably qualified, competent, and skilled personnel are assigned to all onboard positions.
- Strengthen ship-to-shore collaboration and drive engagement among direct reports, officers, and crew.
