This role can be based out of Mumbai, Gurgaon or Bangalore. The work location of this role is remote, meaning it will be performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical partner working directly with customers to turn complex solutions into production. You will help accelerate deployments, remove technical and implementation blockers, and drive successful launches of solutions such as MCP deployments. You’ll collaborate closely with customers and internal Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to solve real-world technical challenges and ensure our technology delivers meaningful impact. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys working directly with customers, and takes end-to-end ownership from implementation through launch. Please note that the shift timings for this role will be 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST as the incumbent will support our global customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
