Why you'll love this role as FP&A Analyst at Civica: The FP&A Analyst will play a central role in driving high-quality financial insight, planning, and decision support across the region. The role will provide deep vertical insight by leveraging legacy knowledge, robust forecasting, and driver-based analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. Key responsibilities: Financial Planning, Forecasting & Insight

• Develop and maintain forecasts and scenarios for the region, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and regional priorities
• Perform driver-based analysis to explain performance, trends, and variances across revenue, ARR, retention, margin, cash, productivity, and operational KPIs
• Produce clear and compelling performance narratives that translate data into actionable insight for senior stakeholders
• Drive improved forecast accuracy, transparency, and consistency across the region
• Standardise planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, embedding best practice and continuous improvement
