Job description
Job Title: Frontend Developer – React / TypeScript Location: Pune Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Hooks, Context API, and reusable component patterns.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, WebSocket-based services, and real-time messaging platforms.
- Contribute to the modernization and maintenance of existing frontend components, including legacy AngularJS applications where required.
- Work with modern frontend build tools, package managers, browser APIs, testing frameworks, and debugging tools.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent to accelerate development, testing, debugging, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of frontend engineering practices.
- Take ownership of features from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- 5–8 years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, browser APIs, and component design.
