FTC- RADIO COMMUNICATION AND NETWORKING

As Communication testing and commissioning manager, the individual is expected to completely own the responsibility of testing, integrating and commissioning of communication and networking sub-systems of a weapon system. He would be responsible for internal testing, integration and FATs of the communication, navigation and networking systems. He would also participate in the customer system acceptance tests. He will provide product support to the assigned systems. He is to possess good communication skills and people management skills. He should also possess good organisational skills. He should have knowledge of Armed forces project management processes. Should be able to technically convince the customer and get the systems accepted during the Factory and Site acceptance tests. He should be willing to travel to the customer places.
