- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions integrated with HR, Finance, and ticketing/DevOps platforms to drive business transformation and operational efficiency.
Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of custom applications across HR and Legal domains using modern full-stack technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business alignment. Effectively communicate project objectives, key deliverables, milestones, achievements, and business outcomes to senior management and stakeholders through clear and structured updates. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and bottlenecks by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and recommending practical, business-focused solutions.
