About your role The CRD Delivery team is seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Specialist to drive the design, engineering, and delivery of the CRD Integration Layer, a critical component of the Charles River platform ecosystem. The CRD platform is Fidelity’s core trading system supporting Portfolio Managers, Traders, Compliance, and Post‑Trade functions. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable integration services, guiding engineering best practices, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across the CRD integration landscape. You will collaborate closely with product teams, business analysts, platform engineering, and release engineering to deliver robust, secure, and performant services. You will also assist in delivering the upgrade of Charles River from the current on-prem solution to SaaS.
